Dogs, cats and horses are not the only animals I have painted over the years. I have painted birds, hamsters, a mouse, rabbits, a hedgehog, ducks, goats, giraffes and also a highland cow! I love to paint animals, there's something so captivating within their eyes. Many of my clients say that I capture the soul as well as the likeness of their pet.

Unlike those portrait artists who require a series of sittings I work entirely from digital photographs which customers can send to me via email. In recent commissions I have used several photographs to include loved ones that are no longer with us or to create a family portrait due to lockdown measures not being able to capture that perfect family picture ! I work in watercolour and graphite to capture those finer details!

Order a beautiful hand painted illustration of your home, wedding venue or special place. Simply send a photo or image. I have years of experience and I am always happy to advise on choosing the best photo to work from. For houses and wedding locations I can also work from google street view images or pictures from the web depending if the photo is clear enough. I like to use watercolour and ink as I think this creates a fun essence to the final piece giving it character and detail.
